Basket, 19th Century A Native American covered pine and bark basket with cover, oval shaped with quillwork and plant fiber design on top and sides in blue, brown, pink, and green. The top cover design includes stars, half-moons, triangles and other shapes, all in different contrasting shades. The sides are decorated in similar patterns. The interior is lined on the sides with two different brown geometric-designed cotton fabric. |
